1. Warranty commences on the delivery date of the product.
2. All third-party components carry a warranty period based on the respective third-party warranty
coverage.
3. All parts not carried by a third party is covered by an 18 months warranty.
4. Product must be serviced annually and repaired in accordance to manufacturer’s recommendations. Contact Solid Machinery for recommendations if unsure.

5. Warranty exclusions are as follows:
i. Normal maintenance, adjustments and cleaning.
ii. Coverage by other warranties or insurance.
iii. Repair or replacements not properly installed, maintained or cleaned by Solid Machinery.
iv. Damage caused from disassembly.
v. Damage caused from using parts not authorized by Solid Machinery.
vi. Malicious intent or Act of God.
vii. Environmental damage such as rusting and corrosion.
viii. Damage and loss during transit, delivery or re delivery.
ix. Additional costs such as component transport, shipping, flight, workplace safety, third party
consultation or equivalence.
6. Damage would be accessed by our licensed technician and upon verification of defect, a replacement component will be exchanged for the defective component. Solid Machinery reserves the right to determine the defective components and perform restoration to working condition based on our
technician’s judgment.
7. Warranty coverage will not exceed the value of the purchase price of the covered product.
8. Warranty is only valid to the owner listed in the invoice. It is not transferrable & not assignable to any
third party.
